Return and Refund Policy

We at GrabItNowIndia strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is provided (order receipt or confirmation email).
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as opened skincare products or custom-made items. 

2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support@grabitnowindia.com .
Provide your order details and reason for return, along with supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the product).
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.


3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days to your original payment method. Most refunds will be processed within 2 business days, special cases may require upto 5.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Policy
If a product is damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement requests must be made within  7 days of delivery.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, first check with your bank or payment provider.
